Kevin Kryskowski, ABI has been a successful business broker and intermediary in New York’s Capital Region for over thirty-three years. He has extensive, award-winning experience in the sale and valuation of a wide array of companies and has successfully represented clients in industry sectors like manufacturing, distribution, contracting, service, retail, hospitality and e-commerce.
His expertise in business valuation has established a fair-market value on hundreds of companies to facilitate a sale, merger/acquisition, partnership buyout, loan proposal, ESOP plan, various court decisions and estate planning.
Kevin is on a first name basis with most of the region’s leading lenders, as well as being well versed on the various lending programs available through the Small Business Administration, the New York Business Development Corporation, the Small Business Development Center and other local economic development programs. His preparation of business plans and loan proposals has been responsible for obtaining millions of dollars in commercial financing.
Kevin has been involved in Business Brokerage and commercial Real Estate sales since 1987. He graduated with honors, earning a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany. He is an award-winning graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Program and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State. He was awarded the designation of Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) by the American Business Brokers Association and is listed in the 2013-2014 Who’s Who Worldwide Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs.
