Kevin Kryskowski, President & Principal Broker, has been a successful business broker and intermediary in New York's Capital Region for over twenty-four years. He has extensive, award-winning experience in the sale and appraisal of a wide array of companies in industry categories including manufacturing, distribution, contracting, service and retail.

His expertise in business valuation has established a fair-market value on hundreds of companies for the purposes of merger/acquisition, partnership buyout, loan proposal, ESOP plans, various court cases and estate planning.

Kevin is on a first name basis with most of the region's leading lenders, as well as being well versed on the various lending programs available through the Small Business Administration, the New York Business Development Corporation and other local economic development programs. His preparation of business plans and loan proposals has been responsible for obtaining millions of dollars in commercial financing.

Kevin has been involved in Business Brokerage and commercial Real Estate sales since 1987. He has a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany. He is an award winning graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Program and is licensed as a New York State Real Estate Broker.
